Easy 4-Ingredient Instant Pot Pulled Pork Tenderloin

I’m a sucker for BBQ pulled pork, but I’m not very skilled at smoking and preparing it like it’s supposed to be done, which is why I love using my Slow Cooker or Instant Pot to get the same effect.

This Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe uses four basic ingredients and is done in under 2 hours. Top with your favorite BBQ sauce, slap it on a toasted bun and you’re good to go.

If you don’t have a pressure cooker, then you may want to try my Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork or my Slow Cooker Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork for a different twist on this classic dish.
