Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Summer is here, which means fresh corn is on its way. I’ve been buying corn from the store because I can’t grow it to save my life, but I’m really excited to share with you how easy it is to cook in your Instant Pot.

I don’t know about you, but whenever I can skip boiling a big pot of water or heating my oven up in the summertime I’m excited. I’ve made corn in my Instant Pot twice now and both times it’s come out fresh and perfectly cooked.

If you are using fresh corn, then you may want to consider cooking it for only 1 minute (I’m not sure). Enjoy the recipe friends and don’t forget to check out my other quick and easy Instant Pot recipes before you go!

Thanks....This worked great! Only question would be if I want to do more corn (say 6 ears or even just 5) would the time change at all?

I wouldn't think it would change, but you could add an extra minutes and see how it does.

I cut my ears in half and had 8 halves in the pot for the same cook time... If that's any help! 🌝
