The Best Starbucks Copycat Lemon Loaf

Even though lemons are in season in the winter, they will always be a spring flavor to me. There’s nothing quite like the bright, tangy flavor of lemon in a dessert. It’s one of my absolute favorite flavors and I enjoy incorporating it into my baking.

This recipe for lemon loaf that is a copycat of the Starbucks version is easy to make and tastes amazing. It’s full of all the flavors that you’re used to with a moist and tender crumb.

So, why pay over $3 for a single slice of this bread, when you can make a whole loaf for not much more than that price? If you want to make this into more of a convenience item, then you can slice it and freeze each slice individually for a grab and go breakfast or snack.
