Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken

I love a good crock-pot or slow cooker dinner recipe, especially one that is low-carb, keto-friendly and amazingly delicious like this one.

This recipe is easy to put together, it only requires a few simple ingredients and the taste is out of this world.

To make the prep time even less, you could use bacon bits instead of crumbled bacon, but of course the flavor of freshly cooked bacon is going to be better.

You can serve it over rice or noodles, but if you’re living that low-carb life, then you’ll want to serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles instead.

This Cream Cheese Chicken really is an amazing recipe that is full of creamy and delicious flavor. I know your family will love it. Happy crock-potting friends!

  1. I added some Buffalo sauce. Then put on top of white cheddar Mac and cheese…omg it was AMAZING!!!!!
  2. Absolutely DELICIOUS, but the nutrition information is incorrect. There are actually just over 8 carbs per serving. Still a wonderful meal!

  3. We used boneless skinless chicken thighs instead, and it was about 8 thighs instead of 3 chicken breasts. Didn’t increase the cheeses. We did add about 1/2 cup chicken stock since we were concerned about the crock pot drying out. Might do 1/4 cup next time but it was good to have done in it. We liked it, but might add some spice/heat next time. It made a lot of servings! The green onion was a really nice garnish.
