The Best BBQ Chicken Sliders for an Easy Dinner

It’s no secret that Slow Cooker meals are one of my favorite ways to get dinner on the table, but sometimes it can be hard in the summertime to come up with recipes that aren’t chili or soup.

These BBQ Chicken Sliders make the perfect summertime dinner and they are easily portable if you need a potluck or picnic dish on the go.

Simply place chicken, seasonings and BBQ sauce in a slow cooker and forget it until about 30 minutes before you want to eat. Shred the chicken and place on slider buns with cheese, put bun tops in place and toast in the oven until cheese is melted.
