I love sharing simple recipes with you guys, especially ones that are quick and healthy. This Greek Yogurt Chocolate Berry Bark is great to have on hand when you want something sweet.

It requires only a few simple ingredients and it makes for a filling snack because the Greek yogurt is full of protein, plus it’s good for you!

I love how easy it is to put together and also, easy to customize to your tastes. Feel free to swap the strawberries for raspberries or the chocolate chips for pistachios. There are so many flavor combinations that would be incredible.

I know this easy snack will be a hit with kids and adults alike. You will definitely want to put this recipe in your regular snack rotation.

How to Make Greek Yogurt Chocolate Berry Bark:

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla. Mix well.

Spread yogurt out in thick layer on parchment paper. You don’t want your yogurt to be too thin or it will crumble.

Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries and chocolate chips over yogurt.

Drizzle with extra honey if desired.

Place baking sheet in freezer for at least 3 hours, but overnight is best.

Once bark has set, peel away from parchment paper and break into pieces. Enjoy! Keep remaining bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

On pinterest, the opening recipe lists 1 and 1/3 cup honey, but in the write up, the included recipe states 1/3 cup of honey. Please clarify the amount of honey that is to be mixed with the yogurt. Thank you.

The correct amount is 1/3 cup. Pinterest pulls info from the webpage automatically, I don't fill that park out, so there can be glitches.

This sounds yummy and healthy. Win Win!! Can this be put in a lunch box and eaten after a few hours out of the freezer or does it go soft and unable to hold?

I wouldn't trust it in a lunchbox since it will start to melt and be soft.
