How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites:

makes approx. 32 – 1″ balls

Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.

Stir until thoroughly mixed.

Roll into 1″ balls and place on cookie sheet.

Place cookie sheet in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Enjoy! Store leftovers in air tight container in the fridge.

  2. I suggest using mini chocolate chips in this.....usually on a good sale during holidays so wouldn't be more expensive than regular chocolate chips
