Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole
This casserole is one of the first recipes that I learned to make. I used to cook it so much that I even submitted it to our church cookbook. I know it isn’t exactly healthy, but I enjoy making it for my family every now and then because it’s comfort food at it’s best. If you live in the midwest or the south then you’ve probably already tried it, but I wanted to share it with you today so that I can include it in my weekly meal plans for you. I hope you enjoy!
How to Make Tater Tot Casserole:
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef.
In mixing bowl, combine cream soups and milk.
In greased casserole dish layer ground beef, veggies and tater tots.
Pour soup mixture on top.
Sprinkle with french fried onions.
Bake for 30 minutes.
What’s your favorite comfort food? I’d love to know!
