Greek Yogurt Apple Walnut Salad
Apples have always been one of my absolute favorite fruits and I especially love trying out new apple-y recipes in the Fall when they are fresh and in season. This recipe is incredibly easy to whip up and is also healthy.

How to Make Greek Yogurt Apple Walnut Salad:
serves 4
Core apples and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
(Optional) Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice into a small bowl of water. Add apples to mixture to prevent browning.
In medium mixing bowl, mix yogurt and cinnamon together.
Add dried cranberries and walnut pieces to yogurt mixture.
Drain water from apples.
Mix apples into yogurt mixture. Enjoy!

- optional water and lemon juice to prevent browning
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Fuji apple
- 1/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
