How to Make Ranch Kale Chips:

Preheat oven to 275.

Rinse and dry kale leaves.

Remove entire stem from each kale leaf. Cut remaining kale leaves into large bite-sized pieces. The leaves will shrink some while baking.

Place kale leaves into a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.

Sprinkle Ranch seasoning mix over the kale and toss again.

Lay the kale pieces out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes, remove, turn the leaves over, and then bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
