Who doesn’t love fresh salsa?? I like to grow my own ingredients for this recipe, but it’s just as easy to make it using canned tomatoes and store-bought produce. This quick and easy Blender Salsa is great for a summer BBQ or even just as a fresh weeknight meal.
How easy would it be to whip up this 5-minute Blender Salsa and serve it with chips for a fun dinner?? How to Make Blender Salsa {Restaurant Style}:
makes approx. 3.5 cups
Place all ingredients into a large food processor or blender.
Pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Blender Salsa {Restaurant Style}
Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 - 14 ounce can petite diced tomatoes with juice may substitute fresh diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro stems removed
- 1 small onion cut into chunks
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ jalapeno remove seeds and membrane for a mild salsa
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large food processor or blender.
- Pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
