How to Make Apple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal:
serves 4-6
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2 qt casserole dish.
In large mixing bowl, combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder and salt.
In medium mixing bowl, combine milk, applesauce, syrup, and vanilla.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.
Stir in the apples, almonds and raisins.
Pour into casserole dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve warm over milk. Enjoy!

- 2 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples peel and diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
