Apple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal

The days are getting shorter and the mornings colder, which means it’s time to pull out those warm and hearty breakfast recipes. This Apple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal is full of filling grains and other nutritionally dense foods that will keep you full until lunch.

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal:

serves 4-6

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2 qt casserole dish.

In large mixing bowl, combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder and salt.

In medium mixing bowl, combine milk, applesauce, syrup, and vanilla.

Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.

Stir in the apples, almonds and raisins.

Pour into casserole dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Serve warm over milk. Enjoy!
