Easy Sheet Pan Sausage, Green Beans and Potatoes
Sheet pan dinners are a great way to get a healthy meal that is filling and full of flavor on the table. This recipe uses savory sausage, crisp green beans and versatile white potatoes to make a complete meal.

- smoked sausage
- baby potatoes
- green beans
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Sheet Pan Sausage, Green Beans and Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, potatoes, and green beans.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything together until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer onto a large baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes and green beans are tender and the sausage is browned and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
