Easy Breakfast Bagels

I don’t know about you, but I like a hearty, protein-packed breakfast, which is why I’m excited to share this easy and delicious recipe with you guys today for Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bagels.

I bought a snazzy new toaster oven a few weeks ago, I had a bunch of bagels in the freezer that I purchased for .99/pack and my chickens are laying eggs like crazy, so this recipe was a no brainer for me.

I toasted the bagels in the toaster oven, but I put instructions for using an oven in the recipe since that is what most people will use. Enjoy the breakfast bagels!

Hi Missy , when my girls start laying too many eggs I freeze them, for baking . Because you’re not always going to have a lot. Winters the egg laying slows way down. I just put 2 in a baggie and freeze. Pull out the night before I’m ready to bake . I also freeze some in a creamer container and take it camping, easy way to bring eggs already scrambled and seasoned for camping!?

I recommend that you slightly toast the bagels first and then add everything and throw into the oven. The edge was crispy but the rest wasn't
