Cheeseburger Fried Rice
Fried rice is one of those quick and easy meals that can be on the table in a hurry. I frequently make it for my growing family and am really excited to share with you this new twist on a classic dish.
If your family likes fried rice and cheeseburgers, then they’re sure to love this recipe for Cheeseburger Fried Rice. It’s made the same way as regular fried rice, but with a tangy sauce made from relish, ketchup and mustard. It’s also topped with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and flavorful fresh diced tomatoes.

Ingredients for Cheeseburger Fried Rice:
- bacon
- onion
- ground beef
- salt and pepper
- eggs
- white rice
- ketchup
- yellow mustard
- diced dill pickles
- cheddar cheese
- iceberg lettuce
- tomatoes
How to Make Cheeseburger Fried Rice:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bacon and cook until crisp, stirring occasionally.
Remove the bacon and place on a plate topped with paper towels.
Add the onions and ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
Season the beef with salt and pepper as desired.
Drain the beef and onions well, reserving about 2 tablespoons of the drippings in the skillet.
Add the eggs to the skillet and cook, scrambling into small pieces.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine.
To the skillet, add the rice, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, stirring to combine.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in half of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and allow it to melt.
Garnish the skillet with the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and bacon. Enjoy!

- 6 slices bacon chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add bacon and cook until crisp, stirring occasionally.

- Add the onions and ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper as desired.
