Oven-Baked Apple Cider Donuts

Are you ready for a fall treat that is sure to thrill your family and friends?? I mean, who in their right mind wouldn’t love a delicious apple cider flavored baked donut covered with powdered sugar and cinnamon??

Maybe I’m just hungry right now, but just thinking about these donuts are making my mouth water.

I love the flavors of fall and these Oven-Baked Apple Cider Donuts make a delicious breakfast or snack on a cold morning.

These donuts are baked in the oven, making them healthier than traditional donuts, but they still have the same amazing flavor. I know you and your family will enjoy them!

How to make Apple Cider Donuts:

Preheat the oven to 325 and spray two donut pans with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour the apple cider in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.

When the cider begins to simmer, reduce to low and cook until the liquid is reduced to half a cup.

While the cider is simmering, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla to the flour mixture and mix until combined.

When the cider is reduced to one half cup, remove from heat. Add the butter and stir until melted.
