Italian Sausage Tortellini Skillet

As a busy mom of four, I’m a huge fan of one pan (or pot) meals, especially one that comes together in 20 minutes.

This Italian Sausage Tortellini Skillet is full of the fresh flavors of tomato sauce and spinach and it uses only 7 basic ingredients.

It is a complete meal, but would work amazingly well served with my Homemade Breadsticks that uses a bread machine to knead and proof the dough.

If you don’t have a 12″ cast iron skillet I would highly recommend this Lodge Skillet.
