- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, potatoes, and green beans.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes and green beans are tender and the sausage is browned and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
