How to make Italian Seasoning Mix:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir well.
Keep Italian Seasoning in an airtight container. (Mason jars work well for this.)
Use 1-2 tablespoons at a time for flavoring depending on the recipe.
Spice mix will keep almost indefinitely, but the flavors of the herbs will lesson overtime.

- 2 tsp marjoram
- 4 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp basil
- 4 tbsp thyme
- 4 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp sage
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
