Slow Cooker Stuffed Apples with Cranberries
If you’re in the mood for a warm and comforting dessert with all of the flavors of fall, then you’re going to love these stuffed apples. They’re made in the slow cooker and stuffed generously with spices, brown sugar, walnuts and dried cranberries. Fresh cranberries may also be used, but just keep in mind that they will be tart and not sweet like the dried variety.
I love a good slow cooker recipe and these stuffed apples would make a great dessert for just about any small gathering or intimate dinner. They would be the perfect thing to serve on a cold autumn evening. I know you and you’re family are going to love these.
