I’m sticking with potatoes on this one, but feel free to add any vegetable that you like such as carrots, zucchini, cabbage, etc. Just keep in mind that each vegetable cooks a little differently so you may have to play around with your combinations. I love how these turn out with so much flavor especially when you add the sweet potatoes in with the white potatoes. 1. Just watched your new video. I must admit I have never shopped at Aldi's. We have 2 of them where I live in Holland,MI but I have not been there. I now will go and check them out. I always shop at Meijer because they have such good prices. It does seem like Aldi's fruit is cheaper. Meijer is alittle higher but that could be because they buy from local farmers. Happy to hear your garden is doing good. I only planted a small garden this year. Have a great week and thanks for all your sharing! ?
