Johnsonville is a trusted brand from a family-owned company started in 1945 and they are a gluten-free product. Brats are great for any kind of summer entertaining, but they are perfect for a backyard BBQ. They can be topped with pretty much anything and are so easy and quick to cook up on the grill.

  1. THESE WERE DELICIOUS! I MADE THEM FOR MY CHILDREN AND THEY DEVOURED THE ENTIRE DISH! I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME SO I MADE A COUPLE CHANGES... PLACED THE DISH WITH BUTTER TO MELT IN OVEN WHILE IT PREHEATED; ADDED A TEASPOON OF VANILLA TO THE BATTER: THE BATTER WAS INCREDIBLY STICKY, DROPPED BY LARGE TABLESPOONS DIRECTLY INTO DISH. BAKED 425- 15 MINUTES; 350- 5+
  2. Would these work as dessert bars like brownies? I make dessert once a month for church. Would they stay moist until evening? Thank you so much. Love your website.
