sour cream

melted butter
CINNAMON SUGAR GLAZE:
1 1/2
cups
powdered sugar
cinnamon
to taste
a few drops vanilla
1-2
tbsp
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Pour melted butter into 9"x13" baking dish.
In large bowl, combine baking mix, cinnamon, sugar and raisins.
Add sour cream and 7UP. Stir until just combined. (You may need to add a little flour to make the dough workable, but it should be slightly sticky.)
On a lightly floured surface, pat or roll out dough and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits in baking dish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
While biscuits are in the oven, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Slowly add vanilla and milk until a glaze consistency is formed.
Once biscuits have cooled, drizzle with glaze and serve.
