Ingredients for White Chocolate Party Mix

  • Cheerios cereal
  • corn Chex cereal
  • pretzel twists
  • roasted and salted peanuts
  • M&M chocolate candies
  • white chocolate morsels
  • coconut oil

How to Make White Chocolate Party Mix

Layer two large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment or waxed paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, peanuts, and candy.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate and oil.

Heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir well to allow the remaining heat to continue melting the chocolate.

If needed, continue heating the chocolate, but stir every 15 seconds to avoid overcooking or burning.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the snack mix and toss to coat everything evenly.

Empty the snack mix onto the prepared baking sheets.

Spread the snack mix as evenly as possible and allow it to harden.
