 Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms

Most of my recipes come about by me throwing new combinations together based on what I have leftover in my fridge. I needed a quick and healthy side dish for dinner one night and decided to sauté up a few vegetables that I had on hand. I love this recipe because it’s really fast and easy. Plus, it’s healthy and you could use even add it to a soup or pasta dish to make it a whole meal. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

How to Make Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms:

Add oil to pan over medium heat.

Add onions and mushrooms to pan cooking until almost soft.

Add spinach and cook until limp.

Season to taste and serve warm.
