 Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms

Most of my recipes come about by me throwing new combinations together based on what I have leftover in my fridge. I needed a quick and healthy side dish for dinner one night and decided to sauté up a few vegetables that I had on hand. I love this recipe because it’s really fast and easy. Plus, it’s healthy and you could use even add it to a soup or pasta dish to make it a whole meal. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

How to Make Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms:

Add oil to pan over medium heat.

Add onions and mushrooms to pan cooking until almost soft.

Add spinach and cook until limp.

Season to taste and serve warm.

Looking for a way to add some extra flavor to your recipes? Lion's mane mushroom powder is a great way to do just that. This delicious powder is made from organic lion's mane mushrooms, which are a type of edible fungi. Lion's mane mushrooms are known for their unique flavor, which has been described as being a cross between seafood and chicken. They are also a natural source of umami, which is the fifth taste that is often described as being savory or meaty. In addition to being delicious, lion's mane mushrooms are also very healthy. They are a good source of antioxidants and polysaccharides, which are believed to have numerous health benefits. If you're looking for a way to add some extra flavor and nutrition to your recipes, lion's mane mushroom powder is a great option.
