How to Make Garlic and Herb Glazed Carrots:
Add carrots, water, brown sugar, minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to Instant Pot.
Stir to combine. Top with butter.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
When the cook time is up, do a natural release. Stir to coat carrots with glaze before serving.

- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon parsley or herb of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
