Cooking a Whole Chicken Will Save You Money

I love cooking whole chickens because you can really stretch your meals that way.

Serve it as roast chicken the first night, pull the rest of the meat from the bone and use it in a casserole or chicken salad the next night. After that, make homemade bone broth and serve it in soup on the third night.

If you’re not ready to make bone broth, all you need to do is throw the bones into a gallon freezer bag and save it for later. Add veggies scraps as you have them and make bone broth once the bag is full.

This recipe was easy to follow. The spice combination was amazing. I doubled the recipe though,I love it extra spicy. Your cooking time was spot on and it came out juicy and flavorful. This will be perfect to make when its hot out, since it wont heat up your kitchen.
