Corn Dip with Cream Cheese and Jalapenos

Dips are great for serving to a crowd, but you could even do chips and dip for a fun weeknight dinner with the family. This corn dip is made with canned corn, but feel free to sub in frozen or fresh cooked corn if that is your preference.

This recipe also calls for pickled jalapenos, but you can use fresh if that is your desire. It will have less of a tang, but more crunch. I think either way would be delicious.

This recipe is great because there is no cooking involved, simply mix all of your ingredients into a bowl, stir and chill until it’s time to serve. Does it get any easier than that? This dip is best served with chips or crackers. It would also make a great addition to any charcuterie board.

Happy eating friends! I hope you enjoy the recipe.
