Who doesn’t love a quick and easy weeknight meal that is full of delicious flavor? When you want comfort food, this dish will really hit the spot. It’s full of chicken, cream sauce, noodles, cheese and allll the good things.

Plus, it only takes a few minutes of prep to get this casserole in the oven and you can be on your way to making sides and desserts for a beautiful family dinner.

Want to make it a meal? Here are my favorite suggestions:

  • Cheddar and Green Onion Biscuits
  • Amish Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

How to Make Homemade Chicken Tetrazzini:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Stir in the chicken breast and one cup of mozzarella cheese.

Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and stir to coat.

Pour the mixture in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then, remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.

Optional: Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
