These Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers are so good! They’re great for serving as an appetizer at any get together.
Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers
Can you believe that I’m still picking jalapenos and it’s almost Thanksgiving?!? Actually, we finally had our first killing frost last week and brought in the final round of peppers for the season.
We ended up with a ton of jalapenos, so of course I had to make these Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers for my husband.
They’re seriously addictive and make the perfect appetizer or potluck dish for any holiday party. They are a little more involved than my usual recipes, but totally worth it! I hope you enjoy. 🙂
How to Make Cheesy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers:
makes 36 poppers
Preheat oven to 325. Wash peppers and remove ends.
Wearing gloves, cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and white part in the middle.
In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, garlic powder and onion powder.
Fill peppers with cheese mixture.
Wrap bacon around jalapeno (not too tight) and secure with toothpick if desired.
Cook jalapeno poppers for 1 hour.
Let cool and ENJOY!
