Ingredients in Snickerdoodle Bars:

  • all-purpose flour
  • cream of tartar
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • butter
  • granulated sugar
  • brown sugar
  • eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon

How to Make Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, using a mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar for the topping. Sprinkle evenly over the dough.
