Chocolate-Covered Ritz Cracker Cookie Pops

If you love to make easy homemade holiday treats for neighbors and friends during the Christmas season, then this recipe is definitely for you.

They requires no cooking or baking, only melting chocolate which can be done in the microwave. This recipe is so simple that kids can help!

These Chocolate Covered Ritz Cracker Pops make an adorable gift, using only crackers, peanut butter, melting chocolate and Christmas sprinkles.

Feel free to switch the milk chocolate chips out for semi-sweet or white chocolate.

This recipe uses red and green icing, but you could easily change the colors for a birthday party, graduation or other themed event.

What Ingredients are in Ritz Cracker Cookie Pops?

  • Ritz Crackers
  • Peanut Butter
  • Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Red Melting Chocolate
  • Green Melting Chocolate
  • Red and Green Sprinkles

What Equipment Do I Need to Make Ritz Cracker Pops?

  • Sucker Sticks
  • Piping Bag

How to make Ritz Cracker Cookie Pops:

Lay 15 Ritz crackers on a flat surface or onto wax paper.

Spread a thick layer of peanut butter over the top of each cracker.

Ritz crackers with a layer of peanut butter on them sitting in a row.

Press a sucker stick into the center of each cracker and top it with another cracker.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval.

Melted chocolate in a small bowl with a spoon sitting in it.

Carefully dip each side of the cracker into the chocolate, using a spoon to coat the bottom and sides.

Lift the cracker out of the bowl with a fork and lightly tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate.

Place the coated cracker on a piece of waxed paper.

Continue dipping the crackers until they have all be coated in chocolate.

Allow the chocolate coating to harden, then melt the red and green chocolate according to the package instructions.

Place each color in a piping bag and drizzle it over the top of the crackers.

Top with sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted.

Allow the decorative chocolate to set before serving.
