Southwest Chicken Salad

Nothing says summertime to me more than pasta salad paired with fried chicken. I have fond memories of picnics and lazy days at the lake with my grandparents and a bucket of fresh fried chicken with all the fixings.

As a busy mom of two, I love picking up an assortment of fresh fried chicken from the Wal-Mart deli to take along to summer BBQ’s and 4th of July Celebrations. They always have a nice selection to choose from and you can even pick from several different sauces to go on them.

My husband loves the BBQ Boneless wings, my kids like the popcorn chicken and I enjoy the strips. Whatever your taste the Wal-Mart deli has got you covered for an easy summer entree. Click here to learn more
