Sweet & Tangy Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps
Wraps are a great option for lunch or a light dinner during the spring and summer months. You can customize them to suit your tastes or follow this recipe for a protein packed and filling meal.
These Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps are made with thinly cut chicken breasts which are broiled in oven until cooked through and crispy. If you don’t have the time to do this step, then simply use already cooked chicken or deli meat instead.
They are then layered with crisp, fresh veggies and a sweet and tangy homemade honey mustard sauce. Of course you can use any veggies that you desire and a store-bought sauce instead if that works for you. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
What to Serve with Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps?
- Fresh fruit such as grapes, apple slices or berries
- Fresh veggies such as baby carrots, sliced cucumber or cherry tomatoes.
- Chips or crackers
- KFC Copycat Coleslaw
- Deviled Egg Pasta Salad
- Old-Fashioned Refrigerator Sweet Pickles
Can These Wraps Be Made Ahead of Time?
Yes, you make a batch of wraps a few hours before serving, but keep in mind that the vegetables (especially the lettuce) will wilt and become soft, so it’s best to eat them fresh or swap the lettuce for sliced cucumber if making ahead of time.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat.
Spread the chicken pieces over the baking sheet.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and broil the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the honey mustard dressing. Set aside.
