Homemade Banana Bread
My husband once told me that this recipe is the reason he married me. So I love it not only because it tastes great and it got me a husband, but also because it only uses one bowl and always seems to turn out perfect. I don’t know about your family, but mine goes through 3-4 bananas per day so I almost always have extra ripe ones hanging around to make up a loaf of this awesome bread. How to Make Homemade Banana Bread:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease loaf pan.
In mixing bowl, mash bananas with fork.
Add melted butter and stir.
Mix in sugar, egg and vanilla.
Mix in baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour and mix until just combined.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hr or until knife in center comes out clean.
