I’m always looking for new ways to use homegrown herbs in the kitchen and this recipe for Garlic Chive Parsley Butter is a great way to add flavor to just about any dish. Of course, you don’t have to grow the herbs yourself, but if you have the space, why not try growing them to save money and get the freshest product possible?

This recipe calls for parsley and garlic chives, but you can use just about any herb that you have available. Also, if you can’t find chives, then you can substitute finely diced green onion instead. This recipe is really quick to make, only requires 4 simple ingredients and keeps for weeks in the refrigerator. I know you’re going to love it.

How to Make Garlic Chive Parsley Butter:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Place softened butter mixture in a butter mold or wrap in plastic wrap and roll into a small log.

Store butter in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Use on your favorite breads, vegetables or pasta.
