This recipe calls for parsley and garlic chives, but you can use just about any herb that you have available. Also, if you can’t find chives, then you can substitute finely diced green onion instead. How to Make Garlic Chive Parsley Butter:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Store butter in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

  • 1 Tbsp garlic chives minced
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
