What ingredients are used in Bread Machine Cinnamon Raisin Bread?

  • water
  • butter
  • flour
  • sugar
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • active dry yeast
  • raisins

How to Make Cinnamon Raisin Bread in the Bread Machine:

Place ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order listed EXCEPT the raisins.

Dry ingredients in the bread machine pan.

Program the bread machine using the “sweet” bread setting.

When the machine beeps for add-ins, add the raisins.

When the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan.

Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • ¾ cup raisins

    Okay I made this today. I think it had a little after taste or a some what plastic taste anyone else have thst issue? I used 1.5 pound setting sweet bread.

    The recipe just says Flour instead of Bread Flour like other recipes. Does that mean I can use all-purpose flour?

      Sorry, bread flour is best, but yes you can use all-purpose as well.

    Hi! I just made the bread twice and it was great! I made it once with bread flour and once with all purpose. Definitely recommend using bread flour! I do have a question, though. Would I be able to add fresh blueberries instead of raisins when it beeps to add stuff in? I’m new to bread making and I’m not sure if the moisture from the blueberries would mess stuff up. :)
