Make this easy and delicious Blueberry Chocolate Dessert Cup when you need something sweet! #ad

To be honest, I didn’t used to eat yogurt, but then during my first pregnancy my doctor recommended it and after that I was hooked. I love how versatile and portable it is making for a fast and easy snack with endless possibilities.

Yoplait® is proving just how versatile yogurt can be with their 1-Up Your Cup Campaign. Need an after-school snack? Add some peanut butter to French Vanilla. Ready for a healthy new routine to kick off the new year? Try some coconut water in Pina Colada. Want a late night dessert? Try granola and cinnamon in Harvest Peach for a Peachy Keen Yogurt Crisp. No matter your tastes, with over 125 flavors, Yoplait® has countless ways to help 1-Up Your Cup.

I knew just how I was going to 1-Up My Cup so I headed to Wal-Mart and picked up a few Greek 100 Whips in Vanilla Cupcake. I love this variety because it tastes great and the whipped texture gives the yogurt a decadent dessert feel.

I have a sweet tooth so this yogurt makes the perfect afternoon or late night snack when the craving strikes and with only 100 calories I can indulge guilt-free. Check out the recipe below to see my favorite combination.
