Strawberry Season

We went berry picking last week with my sister. I don’t think Walker put any Strawberries in the basket. They all went into his mouth instead. 🙂

I ended up with 6 quarts, which is way too many to eat fresh so I had to preserve most of them. I froze some and then made fruit leather and freezer jam with the rest. This is my first time making freezer jam. It was way easier and faster than regular jam so hopefully it tastes good too!

Have you tried freezer jam? If so, what did you think?
What fresh produce are you enjoying right now?
 I’d love too know!
