S’mores are one of my favorite treats of all time, so of course I think that this recipe for Golden Graham S’mores bars is AMAZING. These bars are like rice krispie treats, only with Golden Grahams and topped with chocolate bars. What’s not to love?

Summer is quickly approaching and with it comes BBQs, cookouts, camping trips and picnics. These s’mores bars would make the pefect dessert for anyone of these events or just a fun family dessert on a regular ole’ day.

Ingredients for S’mores Bars

  • mini marshmallows
  • butter
  • honey graham cereal
  • snack size Hershey’s milk chocolate bars
  • marshmallow bits

How to Make Golden Graham S’mores Bars

Combine the mini marshmallows and butter in a large microwave safe bowl.

Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the butter and marshmallows are melted.

Add the graham cereal and stir until cereal is coated with marshmallow.

Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the mixture in an even layer in the pan.

Press the mixture into place, then top with Hershey’s pieces and marshmallow bits pressing into place.

Allow the mixture to cool and harden for around hour, then cut into 12 squares and serve.

  • ¼ cup marshmallow bits
