butter
melted

cup
sugar

egg
beaten

vanilla

baking soda

flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan.
In mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add melted butter and stir together well.
Mix in sugar, egg and vanilla.
Mix in baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour and mix until just combined.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hr or until knife in center comes out clean.
Notes
If desired, you may mix in 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
