  • 1 - 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 - 14 ounce can petite diced tomatoes with juice may substitute fresh diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro stems removed
  • 1 small onion cut into chunks
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ jalapeno remove seeds and membrane for a mild salsa
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


  • Place all ingredients into a large food processor or blender.
  • Pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
