Slow Cooker Candied Pecans Pecans coated in a sweet sugary syrup, then cooked in the slow cooker and allowed to cool on a baking sheet until crunchy.
Egg White | Pecans White Sugar | Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Salt
Whisk or beat the egg white until it becomes light and fluffy. Then add the pecans and stir to combine.
Add the white sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt and stir to coat all of the nuts.
Transfer to your slow cooker and spread in an even layer. Cover and set to cook on low for two hours, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Then spread the cooked pecans in an even layer over a parchment paper lined baking sheet to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
