Ground Chuck | Saltines Eggs | Sour Cream | Dry Onion Worcestershire Sauce Dijon Mustard | Dried Oregano Pepper | Ketchup | Mustard
Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all of the ingredients together using your hands until just combined.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared baking dish.
Bake until an instant thermometer inserted into the middle of the loaf reads 160F. Spread with ketchup and mustard mixture.
Return the meatloaf to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
