Cherry Cheesecakes


These Mini Cherry Cheesecakes are sure to leave an impression at any party with their sugar cookie crust, homemade cheesecake filling and cherry pie topping.


- Sugar Cookie Dough - Cream Cheese - Sour Cream - Powdered Sugar - Vanilla Extract - Whipped Topping - Cherry Pie Filling


Squeeze two cookie dough pieces together to form one larger disk. Place each disk into mini muffin pan cup. Bake in hot oven for 12-15 min or until just beginning to brown.

Cookies should deflate to create a cup, or just press in  with a spoon.   Cool and Transfer to a  cooling rack.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar & vanilla. Fold in the frozen whipped topping until mixed completely. Fill each cookie cup.

 Let set for at least 1 hr. Top with cherry pie filling.
