This Cheeseburger Fried Rice is a new twist on an old classic that is full of the cheesy flavors of a bacon cheeseburger and filling enough to be a whole meal.
Bacon | Onion | Ground Beef Eggs | Rice | Ketchup Mustard | Pickles | Cheddar Lettuce | Roma Tomatoes
Cook bacon until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove the bacon and place on a plate topped with paper towels.
Add the onions and ground beef and cook until browned. Season as desired. Drain well and save some drippings.
Scramble the eggs, then return the beef to the skillet. Add rice, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles, stirring to combine.
Remove from the heat, stir in half of the cheese, and sprinkle the rest over the top. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon.
