large onion
thinly sliced

tablespoons
all-purpose flour

chicken broth

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir for 1 minute to coat.
Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Return pork chops to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20–25 minutes, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
