Homemade Pancake and Waffle Mix
Five simple pantry ingredients mixed together and kept in the pantry for when you want homemade pancakes.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour
1/4
cup
+ 2 tbsp baking powder
1/4
cup
sugar

tsp
salt

baking soda
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
Place mix in airtight container and store in your pantry or cabinet.
For Pancakes:
Stir together 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk in a mixing bowl.
Heat greased griddle or pan and drop 1/4 cup at a time to make pancakes, flipping them once they are golden brown.
For Waffles:
Stir together 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg, 2/3 cup milk and 3 tbsp oil.
Heat waffle iron and add 1/4 batter per square or 1/2 cup for Belgian waffle .
Cook until golden brown.
Notes
Note: If batter is too thick add 1/4 cup milk to make it runnier.
