Tortellini Pasta Salad {Italian-Style}
Cooked tortellini, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and black olives tossed in Italian dressing and chilled in the refrigerator before serving.

Ingredients

package frozen or refrigerated tortellini
prepared

Italian salad dressing
I used Olive Garden

mini pepperoni

shredded mozzarella cheese

green bell pepper
finely chopped

red onion
finely chopped

can sliced black olives
drained
Instructions
Prepare tortellini according to package instructions.
Drain and rinse tortellini in cold water.
Toss the cooked tortellini in half of the salad dressing and set aside to cool while you prep the rest of the ingredients.
Once the pasta has cooled, add the remaining salad dressing, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onion, and black olives.
Carefully stir the ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour, then stir the pasta salad again before serving. Enjoy!
