INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef | Onion Cream of Mushroom Peas & Carrots Creole Seasoning Mashed Sweet Potatoes French Fried Onions Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400. Brown beef & onion until cooked through. Drain fat off of beef, if necessary.

Add soup, frozen vegetables, 1 tsp creole seasoning and desired amount of salt to beef, stirring to combine.

Pour beef mixture into bottom of greased dish. Season sweet potatoes & stir. Spread over the beef mixture. Add crispy fried onions.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until casserole is hot throughout and onions are crispy.
